Cum cumpar?
Magazinul nostru va ofera instrumente utile de precomanda si comanda. Ne puteti solicita orice informatie referitoare la orice produs! Pentru a realiza o comanda in cadrul site-ului trebuie sa parcurgeti pasii de mai jos.
Pasul 1
Adaugati produsele dorite in cosul de cumparaturi apasand butonul Adauga in cos. Ulterior puteti adauga in cos si alte produse, putand edita cantitatile dorite din fiecare. Cand aveti in cos produsele dorite, mergeti la pasul 2.
Pasul 2
Fie va creati cont de utilizator pe site-ul nostru prin introducerea datelor solicitate. Pe viitor va veti putea accesa contul pe BravoSport.ro folosind doar adresa de email si parola aleasa. Fie plasati comanda fara cont, introducand doare datele de contact si livrare, fara email. Dupa veti trece automat la pasul urmator.
Pasul 3
In acest ultim pas veti verifica detaliile pe care echipa noastra le inregistreaza referitor la comanda si trimiteti datele. In 24 de ore de la plasarea comenzii veti fi sunat pentru confirmarea si verificarea produselor. Pentru informatii puteti suna la numarul de telefon: 0314050055.
Cum platesc?
BravoSport.ro va pune la dispozitie mai multe modalitati de plata:
- Rambursul - Clientul efectueaza plata catre curier, la primirea coletului.
- Taxa pentru livrare in toata tara este de 16 RON.
- Transfer bancar - Clientul efectueaza plata prin transfer bancar in contul nostru, specificat de operator.
- Credit Card - Plata online prin card este posibila.
Timp de livrare
Pentru produsele aflate in stoc, timpul de livrare este de 1-2 zile.
Pentru produsele ce necesita a fi comandate, 7-10 zile.
Timpul de livrare pentru fiecare produs comandat poate fi oferit doar de operatorul dupa efectuarea comenzii.
Returnari
In cazul in care produsul primit prezinta vreo defectiune, acesta trebuie returnat catre noi in maxim 14 zile de la primire. Returnarea se face prin curierat rapid (DPD sau FAN Courier). Pentru mai multe informatii va rugam sa ne contactati.
Clientul se obliga sa plateasca si taxele de curierat, pentru returul / schimbul produsului / produselor comandate. Taxele de curierat pentru un transport sunt in valoare de 16 ron.
Singurul caz in care clientul nu este nevoit sa plateasca nici o taxa de retur sau transport, apare atunci cand produsul prezinta un defect de fabricatie sau nu a fost cel comandat de client. In acest caz ne asumam toata raspunderea si operam schimbarea produsului sau returnarea banilor in mod GRATUIT. In cazul unui retur sau schimb, produsele si ambalajele trebuie sa ajunga la noi in stare perfecta, asa cum au fost trimise/primite. Nu acceptam schimburi sau retururi ce nu respecta aceste cerinte.
